*cringe*

I just tried going through the general Inuyasha stories on aff.net. I'm looking for something long, and involving, because I'm tired of finding these terrific stories that turn out to have been abandoned by their writers.

So, I clicked on one that had 71 chapters listed. It also had maximum stars, and over 200 reviews.

The chapters are really really short, but that's not a problem. The, uh, romance-novel writing, for want of a better term, is the problem. Not to mention more than two instances, in the first two tiny chapters, that sent me into Inigo Montoya mode, saying to myself 'I do not think that word means what you think it means.'

So, yeah. Proof the crap level can be just as high on aff.net as it is in the Pit of Voles!
